Albert Pujols!

He is amazing. One of my favs. This thread is dedicated to him so everybody come on and bow down for him.

Most HR's ever in first 39 games or something. He could hit 70,win triple crown and everything. He got it all.

He seems clean.Does his job proffesionally every game.No bullshit,no arrogance,no cockyness,no inconsistancy. He is just perfect.

What are your thoughts?

He will be the man everybody talking about from now on and if he stays healthy he will break the all time HR record.Mark my words.;P

he still has over 500 homers to go man, who knows how far A-rod stretches that thing ;)

The way he plays he aint even gonna have a chance to stretch that thing if you ask me.Yea i said before he could pass Arron but i dont know.He gets on my nerves everytime he strikes out on same pitch and walks off like he dont give a shit.Maybe im taking to seriously but i wouldn't count on A-Rod, i rather count on Pujols.Hope he proves me wrong though.

It's just a matter of time before he gets walked every other at bat. See how he deals with that first. In the end I do think A-Rod will have more HR's than Pujols though.

He hits 22nd today. He is on his way to 50 easly. They say he could break RBI record with 191.

On the other hand,I'd like to take this opportunity to say A-Rod yet again couldn't come through in clatch situation against Mets today, few times he couldn't come through, double play in 8th when he could've tied a game.

i predict 53 homers, 143 RBI and a .326 BA

im hoping better though, cuz hes on one of my fantasy teams haha
You could be on with the home runs, but I think he'll surpass 143 RBI's. He's almost to 60 already, isn't he? And with the team he has, guys won't stop being on base for him.

He probably won't pass 73 HR, but I wouldn't be surprised if he passed 61.

I would hate for his homerun total to fall in between 61 and 73. As ESPN posted the question today, who would we consider to be the real homerun champion? It's really a tough position to be put into. I don't want to sound like I'm condoning steroids or riding Bonds' dick, but he's still a great player to hit 73 homeruns. I would be very satisfied for Pujols to surpass him and end all controversy, though.

Puyol played great last night against Croatia in one strange game with two own goals. If Spain goes well on this World Cup (which is very doubtful) he could be in the first team of the tournament.

Pujols is back! :)

I just heard in TV he is in the line up today. :D Continue Puting them big numbers up and continue help Cards win. He'll still hit 50HRs and still win the MVP.I haven't been this excited about somebody returning from injury.
Btw,How long has he been out exactly?I just hope hes 100% ready or very close so he don't play here and there or get hurt again.
I knew he would return way before his time.Docs always give extra tiime then what really need.I bet even Yanks injured players will return much sooner then what they are told.
