I can't even login to post a message because they've deleted my username & posts silly for no apparent reason

^Well it is not a technical question to tell you the truth. It was done by an administrator most likely. They have the power to do mostly anything they please with anyone's post. Kind of like Rukas here.
As to mods/admin it all depends on their mods. Some are good admin/mods and some are bad. Pm the admin if you feel something that you did was unjustified.
