Because Pac and Fatal where rapping at the same time or their verses crossed/faded into eachother, and since they cut out all the Fatal verses they had to cut this one pac verse as well...

I think Base D is right, that shit is FU*KED UP anyway FATAL was the best rapper in the Outlawz under Kadafi for me. I could'nt believe that they cut him off.
